How to Login to QualMeeting

To login to QualMeeting 3.0 all you have to do is click the link provided to you by your 20|20 project team. The link will look like this: https://qualmeeting.zoom.us/j/##########, and you can join from your PC, Mac, or Linux machine. You can also join via iOS or Android, but this wouldn't be recommended if you are moderating a session. 

If this is your first time logging in to QualMeeting, once you click the link you will be prompted to download the software. You must download QualMeeting in order to join a session.

Once QualMeeting has downloaded the application should automatically launch on your computer.

You will then be prompted to enter your name and click JOIN. Then you will see the following message:

Once the host has admitted you to the room you will be prompted to join the audio with one of the following options:

Computer Audio

Dial Out

Call Me

If you are using your webcam select Start Video in the bottom left hand corner:

To move to Gallery view (see all participants at once) click Gallery View in the top right hand corner:

To hide any participants not on video click the caret symbol next to Start Video, then click Settings, and then check Hide Non-Video Participants:
