How to Complete a Tech Check

Please follow these steps to complete your tech check. If you have any trouble please Email Us (qualmeeting3@2020research.com).

Step 1:

Follow this link: Click Here (qualmeeting.zoom.us/test).

For PC or Mac:

This link will automatically prompt a download and launch QualMeeting. Once downloaded, if QualMeeting does not automatically launch please refresh the link.

For Mobile:

The link will prompt you to download the QualMeeting app for your app store. Once downloaded navigate back to the link (qualmeeting.zoom.us/test) to continue your tech check.

Android:

Step 2:

Once QualMeeting has launched please ensure that you can connect to Video and Audio.

For PC and Mac:

Use these icons in the bottom left hand corner to connect to audio and video.

For Mobile:

Use these icons in the bottom left hand corner of your mobile device to connect to audio and video.

Step 3 (For PC and Mac Only):

Click the caret (up arrow) next to Start Video and Click Video Settings

When the menu pops up please ensure that "Hide Non-Video Participants" is checked.
